Export of Autralia live cows and beef with large quantity

The Institute of Environmental Research for Agriculture Countryside (IEAC) has been cooperating with Phu Lam Co., Ltd. in researching and applying advanced technology in organic farming to produce clean beef with nutritional value through the 3F value chain (Feed - Farm - Food), with the principles of ensuring safety forconsumers and environmental sanitation.

IEAC would like to introduce our affiliated products, which are raw cows and high-quality clean beef for export, with the following contents:

1. Information about the manufacturer:

a. The Institute of Environmental Research for Agriculture Countryside (IEAC)

Representative: Mr. Phung Van Tinh - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Director.

b. Phulam Co., Ltd

Business owner: Mr. Nguyen Minh Bach – General Director.

2. Scale and capacity of livestock and production establishments

a. Facilities

- Area: 1,040 hectares, including:

• Concentrated livestock barn:                                 280 hectares

• Feed factory:                                                                  2 hectares

• Slaughterhouse (capacity of 200 heads/day):        10 hectares

• Veterinary and environmental control house:          1 hectare

• Fertilizer factory:                                                          3 hectares

• Grassland for livestock:                                          380 hectares

• Planting area:                                                            360 hectares

• Other area (auxiliary works):                                     4 hectares.

In addition, there are 1,000 hectares outside the project used for growing feedstock for animal feed;

- Registered output: 35,000 beef cattle per cycle (4-6 months).

- Labor force:

• Undergraduate:                         4 people;

• University:                                 5 people;

• Technical staff, workers:       90 people.

b. Production form and quality of exported products:

- Production model: Importing calves – Breeding – Exporting cows and beef.

- Export products:

• Live cows (not slaughtered);

• Commercial beef (frozen).

- Product quality:

• Cows imported 100% from Australia, which are crossbred Cows for high-quality meat, including Droughtmaster and Brahman breeds;

• The barn system is synchronously designed according to Australia's ESCAS standards;

• Animal husbandry techniques according to Australian standards, VietGAP, GlobalGAP ...

• Product quality meets European standards and other standards required by customers;

- The potential for exporting commercial beef: 750 - 1,500 tons/quarter.

3. Market, delivery address and form of export:

- Export to all markets with demand.

- Delivery address and export method will be agreed upon by both parties, based on the customer's requirements and the principles of Incoterms-2020.

4. Price:

Prices depend on each type of meat, location, and export method. We will inform you after receiving specific requests.
